1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bullrun Forever website (bullrunforever.com) and membership platform (bullrunforever.tenant.so) (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Membership & Pricing

  • Bullrun Forever is an annual membership priced at $5,000 per year unless otherwise specified during promotional periods.
  • Membership grants you access to all courses, tools, calculators, dashboards, community features, AI assistant (Jarvis), and monthly Q&A calls included in the platform at the time of purchase.
  • Pricing is subject to change. Any price changes will not affect your current active membership term.
  • Promotional pricing and coupon codes are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity or duration.

4. Payment & Billing

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
  • Memberships are billed annually on the anniversary of your enrollment date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
  • Failed payments may result in suspension of access until payment is resolved.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service and immediate access to all content upon enrollment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact us and we will work to resolve them.

6. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until your membership term expires.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a membership term.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access
  • Copy, redistribute, resell, or republish any content from the platform
  • Record, screenshot, or capture course videos, lessons, or proprietary tools for distribution
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other members in the community
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the platform’s security
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
  • Post spam, promotional content, or solicitations in community spaces without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including but not limited to courses, lessons, videos, text, calculators, dashboards, tools, software, graphics, and branding — is the property of Bullrun Forever and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own personal and business education. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

9. User-Generated Content

By posting content in community spaces (posts, comments, messages), you grant Bullrun Forever a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform. You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring it does not violate any laws or the rights of others.

10. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

Bullrun Forever is an educational platform. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

All courses, tools, calculators, dashboards, and community discussions are for educational and informational purposes only. Results mentioned in testimonials or case studies are individual experiences and are not guaranteed. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

We are not registered financial advisors, tax professionals, or attorneys. Use all information at your own risk and discretion.

11. AI Assistant (Jarvis) Disclaimer

Jarvis is an AI-powered assistant trained on our curriculum. Responses generated by Jarvis are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always verify important information independently.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in conduct harmful to other members or the community, or for any other reason we deem necessary. In cases of termination for violation of these terms, no refund will be issued.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullrun Forever and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bullrun Forever, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service or any part of it.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
